Q: How do you ship?
We offer flat rate shipping for single-item orders which costs $5.95 (USA). This is less than our competitors! Plus, you get FREE shipping when you buy 2 or more jars!
Q: Where is my order shipped from?
All GoNumb.com orders are shipped from our distribution facility located in beautiful Hammonton, NJ!
Q: Will my order be shipped the same day I place my order?
We generally ship all orders within 1 business day. Our shipments are scheduled each day Monday-Friday at 3pm Eastern Time. Orders placed before 3pm Eastern from Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will ship the following business day. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.
Q: How long does shipping take?
On average, United States orders arrive within 2-4 days. All other countries could take 2-4 weeks depending on the country. We do not guarantee international shipping times. It is out of our hands and is dependent on multiple shipping carriers and customs procedures.
Q: Do you offer fast/expedited/next day shipping?
Not at the moment.
Q: How will my order be packaged?
We ship all orders in discrete 6×9 inch cushioned envelopes lined with bubble wrap. There is absolutely no way for anyone to determine what is in the package until opened.

We accept all major credit cards. Amazon or Paypal processes all of our payments.
Q: Is it 100% safe to pay with credit card on your site?

Q: When will my credit card be billed?
Your card will be billed by Paypal once the order has been submitted. If you ordered from Amazon then they will take care of your payment through their protected payment services.

At this time we accept major credit card & PayPal payments.
Q: How do I know my online order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order / payment is successfully processed. Most times the confirmation email is dispatched immediately, but on rare occasions it could take up to an hour to deploy. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please double check that it is not caught in your spam box. You may also contact us at sales@gonumb.com and we will gladly resend your confirmation email upon request.
